A friend of mine taught Jessica and I how to make homemade marshmallow fondant. Here is the result. It was really fun, pretty easy, and it looked so good that I will definitely be using fondant again. While it is edible and I don't usually support waste in this case I totally endorse peeling off the marshmallow and sugar concotion and throwing it away. Just enjoy the cake underneath without jamming up your arteries.
