It's time for one of my favorite weeks of the year, mother daughter. My mom and all my sisters and their young kids get together for a few days uninterupted by phone calls, work schedules, or family demands. We don our new names and embrace one another, eat lots of girl food (soups, salads, and ethnic dishes), dress up, create things, color, nap, and get rejuvenated in womanhood and motherhood. Our agenda remains simple so that there is plenty of time for flexibility and conversations. We greatly missed our Rozella who has moved to the East.

How adorable is your family?!? That sounds so fun! What's your name? Also, I'm really sorry to hear about Owen being sick! I was thinking about you yesterday and I almost called. I'm glad I didn't. You have your hands nice and full I'm sure. Did you get the e-mail I sent you about Jack? He misses Summer so much!
ReplyDeleteAutumn & Tanner I love your blog. I just wished I could type. I have a great idea look at Mary's blog see the beautiful horse ride we went on this week. I would like to invite you and Tanner to go horse riding with me, and mom or Mary, and Tanner and you. We would need 3-4 hours to have the most incredible time ever imagined. The flowers are belly high on the horses, and the sights and sound are amazing. We have built in babysitters. Come on lets do it! We can start early in the morning or do an afternoon ride. All you need to do is dedicate 3-4 hours before school starts (Aug 19). Love Dad
